Talking Drums - The Art of Conversation

A Drum Circle is simply a way of communicating by playing hand drums in a professional and supportive environment. This medium provides an opportunity for businesses to build upon existing strengths, working toward greater efficiency and cohesion in everyday practices. Despite deep-rooted convictions that many of us have about not being at all musical, everyone has the ability to be so and Talking Drums proves it!

We ensure everyone taking part (even if they have never picked up a musical instrument before!) feels part of the team. We want them to feel as if they are taking part in something that is distinctive and unique where there are no rights or wrongs and everyone leaves feeling they’ve accomplished something personally and as a team. Most important of all, it’s great fun!

Why use us?

Our facilitators have extensive experience in the Commercial and Corporate environment; as well as being musicians; they profoundly understand business needs and objectives and are able to achieve the desired outcomes of our Clients.

The drumming workshop gave us a fantastic opportunity to find out who in the team had rhythm and who didn't! On a serious note, with so many new members in the department it was a great opportunity to work together as a whole team and helped build cohesiveness. People went home on a high and the feedback has been very positive.

As the finale to a long Transitional Workshop day, Simon skillfully coached our technical workforce teams to produce music, and as an integral part of our workshop, Simon encouraged teamwork in a non-threatening way.
